Watanabe Sake Brewery's ``Hourai'' is a limited edition sake that is carefully selected from the ingredients and brewing techniques. Using underground water from the Hida Mountains and ``Hida Homare'' sake brewing rice, which is rich in the flavor of Japanese sake, all products are produced from October to April of the following year and are highly valuable because they are rare. Using old wooden tools, craftsmen create aromas and We brew while feeling the texture directly.
