Yotsumoto Sake Brewery is a traditional shochu maker located in Kagoshima Prefecture, founded in 1948. Using locally grown sweet potatoes and pure water, we pursue unique flavors while adhering to traditional handmade manufacturing methods. The representative brand, ``Yongen,'' has a mellow texture, deep flavor, and a rich aroma. We have a strong commitment to quality and have won numerous awards at domestic and international shochu contests. Yotsumoto Sake Brewery values its ties with the local community, contributes to the development of local industry, and continues to produce shochu that combines tradition and innovation.
