About the Brewery
The shochu brewery, which began operations at a new factory in June 2005, pursues further improvements in quality and taste by combining traditional techniques with the latest equipment under thorough manufacturing control. Led by the factory manager, Mr. Daiyuki Shiba, we continue to take on the challenge of breathing a "new breeze" into the world of shochu by actively incorporating new technology while valuing the shochu-making techniques we have cultivated over the years. Our shochu production combines tradition and innovation, and we aim to create products that are loved by many people.
