About the Brewery
Denen Sake Brewery is a shochu manufacturer founded in 1890 with its head office and factory in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture. We offer unique value to the world, such as Japan's first barrel-stored barley shochu, unique music preparation, and long-term storage. Since our founding, we have been manufacturing mainly barley shochu with the motto of ``quality alone'', and we are particularly particular about long-term aged products stored in barrels. While valuing tradition, we continue to take on new challenges, and are always pursuing the ``one-of-a-kind'' deliciousness.
