About the Brewery
Shiota Sake Brewery is a historic brewery that continues to make traditional shochu in Kagoshima Prefecture. We make shochu by hand using sweet potatoes grown in the area's rich nature and pure water. While adhering to traditional manufacturing methods, we take on new challenges and create a wide variety of shochu. Its taste is rich and deep, and it is loved by many shochu lovers. We are also focusing on contributing to local culture, and spreading the charm of Kagoshima to the whole country through shochu.
