About the Brewery
Yoshinaga Sake Brewery is a long-established brewery that continues to make traditional shochu in Kagoshima Prefecture. We use locally grown sweet potatoes and pure water, a gift of nature, to produce shochu using traditional handmade methods. Its taste is rich and deep, and is highly rated by many shochu lovers. In addition, while valuing the local culture and climate, we continue to improve quality and take on new challenges, playing the role of connecting Kagoshima's shochu culture to the future.
