About the Brewery
Uaezono Sake Brewery is a brewery that produces traditional shochu in Kagoshima Prefecture. Using carefully selected local sweet potatoes and clear underground water, we have continued to focus on small-scale production since our founding, and have continued to carry out careful handwork. Shochu, made using a unique manufacturing method, is loved by many people for its rich aroma and deep flavor. While valuing sake brewing that is rooted in the region, we strive to improve quality and continue to play a role in conveying Kagoshima's shochu culture.
