About the Brewery
Endo Sake Brewery was founded in 1864 in Suzaka, Shinshu, and served as the official purveyor of the Suzaka clan, delivering sake as gifts to the lord. Today, while inheriting the founding brewer Tokusaburo Endo's belief in ``delicious sake brewing,'' we continue to take on challenges and continue to produce fine sake grown in conjunction with the rich local nature. After the appointment of the 6th generation owner, Hidesaburo Endo, the company has expanded its signature brand ``Keiryu'', as well as ``Asa Shibori'', ``Domuroku'', ``Naotora'', and ``Comet'', and has been gaining acclaim both domestically and internationally. We pursue sake brewing that combines tradition and innovation, and aim to deliver delicious sake to even more people.
