About the Brewery
Shiraishi Sake Brewery is a family-run brewery that has been producing shochu rooted in Kagoshima's rich nature and tradition since its founding. We use locally grown sweet potatoes and groundwater to produce authentic potato shochu, which is carefully brewed using traditional hand-crafted methods. Although produced in small quantities, we pursue high quality and value the original taste of shochu, and our products are supported by many drinkers. In addition, as a brewery that works with the local community, we strive to create unique shochu while preserving the local culture and climate.
