About the Brewery
Nangoku Sake Brewery is engaged in initiatives that combine local agriculture and sake brewing, and produces shochu that utilizes local resources. Using carefully selected locally produced sweet potatoes and rice, we combine traditional manufacturing methods with modern technology to create flavorful, high-quality shochu. As an agricultural production corporation, we also contribute to the utilization of farmland and the revitalization of the local economy. We continue to take on new challenges while maintaining strong ties with the local community.
