Kinzangura

Kinzangura is the only authentic shochu brewery in Kagoshima that prepares, stores, and ages its shochu in a cave. It is located in a place surrounded by nature in Ichikikushikino City, and was born on the land of Kushikino Gold Mine, which once supported the Satsuma domain. The brewery is based on the concept of traditional shochu production from before the Meiji era, and is manufactured using jar preparation and jar storage. Aging in a cave that maintains a stable temperature throughout the year is the perfect environment for shochu. The shochu brand ``Kanayamagura Golden Koji Shikomi'' uses original golden koji and is characterized by a sweet fruit-like aroma and an elegant and mellow taste.
