Uchiko

Established in November 2010 as the first wine manufacturing company in Ehime Prefecture, Uchiko Yume Wine was born by wine-loving grape farmers in Uchiko Town. Utilizing the grape cultivation techniques cultivated over many years, we produce wine with particular attention to aroma, taste, and ingredients from carefully selected grapes that can be eaten raw. We aim to produce safe, secure, and healthy wine. Currently, they produce five types of red wine: Wild Grape and Muscat Bailey A, white wines such as Pione and Rosario Bianco, and rosé wine from Kyoho. It is loved by many people as a local specialty.
