About the Brewery
Tentaka Sake Brewery is a sake brewery located in a rural area surrounded by rice fields. Based on our desire to make sake using local rice, we are collaborating with local farmers to produce organic sake. As we aim to make sake that is safe and secure, we have become even more deeply committed to the region, and we are working with the belief that expanding organic farming will reduce the environmental burden and revitalize the region. As a pioneer, Tentaka Sake Brewery strives to improve the value of the entire region and establish a sustainable business cycle.
