About the Brewery
Inoue Winery is based in Konan City, Kochi Prefecture and was established in 2016. Focusing on the production and sale of fruit wine, we operate a wide range of businesses, including food and miscellaneous goods sales, online shops, and a restaurant business.
The vineyards managed by this winery are spread throughout Kochi Prefecture, and the winery is produced by taking advantage of the characteristics of each region. At Nankoku City Inoue Farm, we take advantage of the calcareous soil and temperature differences to cultivate Merlot and Fuji no Yume. At Yamakita Farm in Konan City, we grow five varieties, including Eight Gold, in well-drained soil. In addition, in the hand-tied field overlooking the Pacific Ocean, marusel orchids are cultivated in an environment with abundant sunlight, and in the Kami City Kahoku field, Muscat Bailey A, which has a rich fruit flavor, is cultivated. Furthermore, at Yusuhara Farm, located at an altitude of 540m, we grow Chardonnay and Muscat Bailey A, which are characterized by severe temperature differences.
