About the Brewery
Natan Winery is an innovative winery that started growing wine grapes from scratch in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. Adhering to the philosophy of "living together with nature," we use reasonable cultivation methods. Rather than aiming to be pesticide-free, we are focusing on creating an environment where grapes can grow in a healthy manner.
In brewing, we basically use ``no additives,'' ``no fining,'' and ``no filtration,'' and we use as few antioxidants as possible, respecting the natural taste of grapes and the vital activity of microorganisms. We aim to deliver the complex and rich flavors that nature produces.
Pursuing "a taste that is pleasant to the Japanese taste buds," we have created wine that blends naturally with Japanese dining tables. Based on this philosophy, we call ourselves a ``wine brewery'' rather than a ``winery,'' and we offer wines filled with the blessings and love of nature.
