Kyoto Winery Shijo Kawaramachi Brewing is the first urban winery in Kyoto City with the theme of ``everyday life with wine'' and is equipped with a wine taproom that has three functions: a wine brewery, restaurant, and alcohol shop. Aiming to be an environmentally friendly winery, we are able to reduce food miles and serve wine with the minimum amount of additives by ``creating wine close to the drinker and in a way that allows the winemaker to be visible.'' Furthermore, by selling by weight in tumblers, you can purchase only the amount you want, which also contributes to reducing waste.
