Asuka

Asuka Wine is a winery that began production in 1934 and was incorporated in 1969. We engage in recycling-oriented agriculture, composting organic matter such as pruned branches, grass clippings, and grape pomace and returning it to the fields. Weeds are suppressed through grass cultivation, and weeds are kept in symbiosis with the vines. All farms have been certified as Osaka Eco Agricultural Products since 2007, and in 2008 they received certification as the first Osaka Eco Agricultural Products Processed Product. We graft seedlings in-house and grow healthy vines. We have also received numerous awards at the Japan Wine Competition and Japan Wine Challenge.
