About the Brewery
Established in 2000 as the first winery in Fukui Prefecture to own its own farm, Hakusan Winery is located in Ono City, Oku-Echizen, at the foot of Mt. Kyogadake in the Hakusan Mountain Range. Located on a verdant terrace, we offer unique products specializing in wild grapes. We mainly use wild and hybrid varieties of mountain grapes such as ``Kokoji'' and ``Yama Sauvignon,'' and aim to create wines with a good balance of lively acidity and fruit flavors.
