About the Brewery
Domaine Sourire is a unique winery based in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture that focuses on locally produced wine and a rice flour bakery. Using grapes grown in our own farms scattered around Shiojiri City, we regenerate degraded farmland and produce unique wines that take advantage of the terroir of each field, based on the philosophy of "one field, one brand." . In 2019, we completed our own winery and are working on creating unique and inimitable products.
Additionally, the attached bakery, Surie, offers breads that make use of regional specialties, such as the Shinshu Shiojiri Wine Bread, which uses in-house wine and Shine Muscat grapes from Shiojiri. The store name ``SOURIRE'' reflects our desire to ``deliver smiles with wine and bread.''
Domaine Sourire's wine and bread are filled with Shiojiri's climate and people's passion, and are dishes that allow you to fully enjoy the charm of the region.
