Sun Sun

Sun Sun Winery, located on the Nakasendo road that connects Shiojiri City and Suwa City in Nagano Prefecture, established a field to grow wine grapes and planted grape trees in 2011. The winery, shop and restaurant were completed in 2015, and in the fall of the same year, they began producing estate wine made entirely from their own garden ingredients. Before the winery was built, this land was a desolate and abandoned farmland, but we are working to make use of the uniqueness of the land through winemaking with the aim of preserving and promoting the local environment. Sun Sun Winery operates with the belief of bringing out the potential of the land and realizing sustainable regional development.
