Kido Winery is a winery that is passionate about grape cultivation and wine making, taking advantage of the rich soil and favorable climate of Kikyogahara, Nagano Prefecture. Established in 2004, the company's representative, Mr. Akito Kido, strives to create wine that he feels is truly delicious, with the aim of producing wine that expresses the climate of the region.

Kikyogahara is a land blessed with varying amounts of sunlight, altitude, and temperature, allowing the uniqueness of the area to be reflected in the wine. At Kido Winery, we believe in making wine that we truly want to make and delivering it to consumers who sympathize with its appeal.

Based on the idea that wine is ``a product woven together by the climate of the land and humans,'' we have created our own unique style by carefully approaching each step of the process, from grape cultivation to winemaking. We value intuitive winemaking that utilizes all five senses, and continue to strive to create unique wines.
