Berry Bees Winery's farm is located on a slope at an altitude of 780m, and the sunlight and temperature differences brought about by the mountains to the east and west create an ideal environment for growing delicious grapes. In addition to the topography and wind, precipitation and temperature also affect the taste of the grapes, making the most of the unique characteristics of Shiojiri City's land. The Tokoo district, where the farm is located, is the southernmost tip of Matsumoto-daira and is surrounded by mountains, with views of the majestic peaks of the Northern Alps. The calcareous soil nurtures mineral-rich grapes, giving the wine its unique flavor.
