About the Brewery
Cave Hatano aims for sustainable agriculture that takes advantage of the unique characteristics of the land and passes it on to the next generation. Using grapes carefully grown without using pesticides as much as possible, we produce wine that reflects the climate and flavor of the land. We make wine with an emphasis on "Mido Fuji" that can be enjoyed locally and with quality as our top priority. We also work on growing rice and vegetables, and processing them into miso and preserved foods. In addition, the owner's wife, who is a physical therapist, conducts health support activities, and the wide range of initiatives rooted in the local community are appealing.
