Il fait beau

Il fait beau is the first winery located in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture, and focuses on producing high-quality wine using locally grown grapes. From grape cultivation to brewing, we value manufacturing methods that take advantage of the unique characteristics of the land, and aim to convey the charm of scenic Chikuma City through wine. We are also actively working with wine grape growers in the city to promote better grape production and sustainable agriculture. The winery also functions as a place of education, providing a variety of opportunities for people who want to learn about winemaking. Furthermore, we are deepening our collaboration with local companies, contributing to the development of a new wine industry and the promotion of local employment.
