Swiss Village Winery is located in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture, and brews high-quality wine using 100% locally grown grapes. Based on the basic philosophy of ``using grapes grown in the local climate and brewing locally,'' we produce wine that shows the producer's face, clearly specifying the grape production area, variety, and year of harvest. In addition to major varieties such as Merlot, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, we also cultivate distinctive varieties unique to the region. In particular, the flavor produced by Azumino's rich climate is attracting attention as a well-balanced wine that goes well with Japanese cuisine. We are a winery that continues to evolve along with Azumino's food culture, valuing the philosophy of local production for local consumption.
