Kayagatake

Domaine Kayagatake is a winery based at the southern foot of Mt. Kayagatake in Nirasaki City, where grape cultivation has been active for more than half a century. We were founded with the desire to add value to the high-quality grapes grown locally in Nirasaki and create attractive wines. After shipping the Kyoho grapes, Pione grapes, and Shine Muscat grapes grown by the couple, they carefully brew wine using fully ripe Muscat Bailey A and Koshu grapes. Wines that take advantage of the region's rich climate are enjoyed by many people and are even served at local restaurants.
