About the Brewery
Belforet Winery is located at the southern foot of Mt. Kayagatake in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan's number one grape and wine producing region, in a beautiful environment overlooking the Southern Alps and Mt. Yatsugatake. During the tour, you can enjoy a tour of the wine factory and enjoy tastings, as well as original cheeses and handmade cheesecakes that go well with the wine. Additionally, there is a Roman Glass Museum that tells the history of wine and displays Roman glass from the ancient Roman era. A winery belonging to the confectionery maker Chateraise Group, we also sell barrel-brewed wine and limited edition wines.
