Domaine Hisa is a rare winery in Japan that grows and brews Pinot Noir in Yamanashi Prefecture. Pinot Noir, known as the "King of Wines," is difficult to cultivate and was considered unsuitable in Japan, but through years of research and soil improvement, we have succeeded in growing over 1,500 trees in our own fields. We use the European hedge method and carefully grow them with natural fertilizers.

Although we are a small brewery, we are particular about the quality of our Pinot Noir, which is highly praised both domestically and internationally, and our new sake, Nouveau Nouveau, is also gaining popularity. With a passion to become "Japan's Romanée-Conti," we continue to challenge ourselves to create unique wines.
