Charmant Wine is a long-established winery with a history of 100 years, founded in 1919 in Hakushu Town, Yamanashi Prefecture. Located at the foot of Mt. Kaikomagatake in the Southern Alps, we take advantage of the well-drained sandy soil and cool climate to grow European grapes on our farm. Charmant vintages and special limited edition vintage wines produced here have been nurtured in harmony with the local nature. In particular, Chateau Cabernet Franc is a popular product that has been loved for many years due to its high quality. Charmant Wines has the philosophy that ``Making good wine starts with the ingredients,'' and in 1964 they began cultivating European grapes at their own farm. Since then, we have continued to pursue elegant taste for over 55 years.
