Toshin Yoshu is a winery that aims to offer a rich lifestyle with wine. Since our founding, we have worked to spread wine culture and produce high-quality wine, offering a wide variety of brands made using carefully selected grapes. At our own brewing facility, we incorporate modern brewing techniques into traditional techniques in pursuit of richness of flavor and improved quality. Furthermore, we place importance on making wine that takes advantage of the local natural environment, and value cooperation with local farmers and wine lovers.
