Seven Cedars

Seven Cedars Winery is a winery that brings together the bonds of grape growers and the region, and the many relationships and feelings that have formed. Aiming to express the ``climate,'' ``grapes,'' and ``makers'' in winemaking, we have installed small-scale tanks and are equipped to make wine efficiently with a small number of people. We place emphasis on the individuality of the grapes that differ from each contract grower, and practice winemaking that brings out quality through observation, understanding, and exploration. We clearly state the grower's name and variety on the product label, and we are developing wine that highlights the grower. We also have our own farm in Fujikawaguchiko Town, where we cultivate grapes by taking advantage of the cool climate at an altitude of 850 meters. This land has poor soil with many stones called Misaka gravel, making it the perfect environment for cultivation. We have cleared farmland near the winery, continue organic cultivation without using herbicides, and plan to expand the field in the future.
