About the Brewery
Cave an is a winery established in 2022 that utilizes the terroir of the Manriki district of Yamanashi City to pursue well-balanced winemaking that matches Japanese food culture. The south-facing slopes of this area are bathed in abundant sunlight, creating a beautiful landscape reminiscent of the famous Côte d'Or winery in the Burgundy region of France. We continue to take on new challenges here, aiming to create wine that values balance and elegance.
