About the Brewery

Haramo wine got its name from the fact that this area was once called "Hara" and the head of the family called himself "Mozaemon" for generations. Founded in 1924, in addition to own 1.5 hectares of farmland, we manage 25 hectares of farmland with contracted farmers. Annual production is 50 kiloliters. We cultivate Chardonnay, Merlot, Yama Sauvignon, and other varieties, mainly Koshu, which is Yamanashi's representative variety. The main building, built in the Meiji era, has a wine shop on the first floor and a cafe on the second floor, providing a space where you can relax and enjoy the seasonal scenery of Katsunuma.
