About the Brewery
As the saying goes, "good wine never travels," winemaking begins with grape cultivation. Nikkawa Winery was born in September 2020 in Katsunuma, Yamanashi, where the history of Koshu grape cultivation continues for about 1,000 years. At the winery, producers who are more than just "contract farmers" carefully turn the grapes they grow with love into wine. Because we are large enough to be closely monitored, we manage our winery with care and work hard to make wine with love and pride.
