About the Brewery
Manns Wine first encountered Koshu grapes in Katsunuma, Yamanashi Prefecture, and began producing Japanese wine. In 1981, we began cultivating European varieties in Komoro, Nagano Prefecture, producing premium wines adapted to the Japanese climate. Since its founding in the 1960s, the winery has improved its cultivation and brewing techniques in Katsunuma and Komoro with the aim of fusing Japanese food culture with international wine quality, and has now received high praise internationally. Manns Wine, which is rooted in the region and continues to innovate, is determined to continue spreading the value of "Japanese wine" in the future.
