About the Brewery
Tokyo Winery is Tokyo's first micro-urban winery, established with the desire to revitalize Tokyo's agriculture. Based in Oizumi Gakuen, Nerima Ward, and since obtaining a fruit wine brewing license in 2014, we have been offering unfiltered, unfined, natural wine made from Tokyo-grown grapes.
Utilizing the experience cultivated in the vegetable wholesale business, we are developing activities to popularize agricultural products produced in Tokyo. By proposing a food culture that combines wine and Tokyo vegetables, we are working to reduce food mileage and promote production for metropolitan consumption.
By carrying out everything from brewing to sales in a small space, and emphasizing a handmade feel and transparency, we directly deliver peace of mind and appeal to consumers. Additionally, as an information base to spread the appeal of Japanese wine, we aim to increase interest in wineries from Tokyo to all over the country.
