About the Brewery
Buryu Winery is a winery established in Zuiryu-cho, Hitachiota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, with the aim of inheriting a history of grape cultivation that has continued for over 50 years and contributing to the future of the region. Our craftsmen carefully brew our wines using high-quality wine grapes nurtured by the region's rich climate and the wisdom of our ancestors.
Zuiryu Town is known as a production area for table grapes, and the wines that make use of this tradition are a reflection of Ibaraki's terroir. It embodies the desire to foster a connection between people and nature that will continue for 100 years, while working together with local people and nature.
