About the Brewery
Toka Winery was established with the desire to contribute to the region through winemaking and bring joy to the region. We use grapes grown in the Tama area of Tokyo and are working to contribute to the local community. We work to reduce waste and meet a variety of needs, including the effective use of spilled fruit, contract brewing, and OEM wine production. We also purchase grapes from the Tama area, regardless of variety, and we provide consultation before they are discarded because they cannot be sold. Toka Winery would like to continue to be a presence that is useful to farmers and the region.
