Fukagawa

Fukagawa Winery Tokyo is an urban winery located in Monzennakacho, Tokyo, which aims to make wine a part of everyday life. We are working on a unique initiative to create "Fukagawa-produced wine" from the approximately 100 grape seedlings grown on the roof of Akafudado, and in 2020 we started brewing wine using some Fukagawa-produced grapes. .

When making wine, we place great emphasis on natural fermentation, and strive to carefully brew to bring out the individuality of the grapes to the fullest. Through activities rooted in the town of Monzennakacho, we also contribute to the revitalization of the region. Furthermore, we continue to take on new challenges, such as an underwater wine aging project and the development of sister wineries.

We will continue to move forward as an urban winery that delivers excitement and fun, focusing on Fukagawa wine.
