About the Brewery
Minamisanriku Winery produces wine in Minamisanriku Town with the aim of connecting people with the rich nature through wine. Using the bounty of the sea and local grapes grown in the region, we weave the story of Minamisanriku through winemaking. In particular, for ``underwater aging'' in Shizugawa Bay, we carry out a unique aging method in collaboration with fishermen. Furthermore, the label design uses the ``creative kiriko'' created by the Shinto priests of Minamisanriku, and is designed to reflect the history and culture of the region.
