About the Brewery
``Wine Kobo Aizu'' is particular about fermentation and aging using 23-liter glass barrels, and offers wine that brings out the natural flavor of the fruit. This brewing method, which is rare in Japan, is widely used in Canada and the United States. We use local fruit procured from farmers in Aizu, Bandai Atami, and Yamagata to create unique wines that are ``brewed in Aizu.'' We also offer commissioned brewing by bringing in fruit, create original labels, and experience bottling, and we welcome tours and tastings at any time.
