About the Brewery
OIZUMI VINES WINERY is a new winery that uses its rich experience in fruit growing to grow and brew carefully selected wine grapes in Tendo City. In 2018, we released our first red wine, ``UCCELLI ROSSO 2018'', through commissioned brewing, and it was well received. After that, the white wine "uccelli bianco 2019" was added, and its refreshing taste is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir.
Our in-house brewing facility will start operating in the fall of 2023, and our fully in-house wines will be available in 2024. The wine's name ``uccelli'' means ``birds'' in Italian, symbolizing the connection with the diverse birds that visit the vineyards.
