Hamada

Hamada is located in the Yonezawa Basin in Yamagata Prefecture, and produces wine that takes advantage of the area's unique rich nature and inland climate with large temperature differences. Grapes grown with care in sandy soil and favorable climatic conditions are the raw materials for rich, unique wines.

The winery uses locally harvested grapes and strives to produce wines that emphasize quality and individuality. Using inherited techniques and loving manufacturing processes, we produce wines that go well with a variety of cuisines, from Japanese to Western cuisine. In addition, during the aging and fermentation processes, while utilizing the latest equipment, we value traditional methods that bring out the natural charm of the grapes.

Hamada Winery's wine, which is cultivated by the local nature and the hands of its people, goes well with any dining table and enhances the flavor of the dish.
