About the Brewery
Iwaki Winery handles everything by hand, from growing grapes to brewing and bottling, to produce carefully selected wines. As a symbol of post-earthquake recovery and regional revitalization, grape cultivation has begun again in Iwaki. Through the careful work that only a small winery can do, we value the original flavor of the grapes.
By paying close attention to quality control in all winemaking processes and minimizing the use of antioxidants, we are able to provide a cup full of natural flavor and sincerity. In particular, ``Iwaki Yume Wine'' uses locally grown grapes and attracts many people with its unique flavor created by the local climate.
By doing everything by themselves, from caring for the grapes to labeling them, they are deepening their passion for wine and the bonds with the region. Making the most of the blessings of this land, Iwaki Winery continues to produce truly locally produced and locally consumed wine for the future.
