Hōsui

Hosui Winery is located in Hosui-cho, Iwamizawa City, Hokkaido, and produces wine that takes advantage of the unique climate and natural features of the snowy region. Grapes grown in a snowy natural environment grow strongly within a short cultivation period, and are characterized by the clean, transparent acidity that can only be found in cool regions. In order to reflect the terroir of this region, we carefully control temperature in stainless steel tanks and pursue brewing that values ​​the uniqueness of each region and variety. The wine bottle is decorated with snowflakes, and with the keywords of coldness, beauty, and warmth, we have achieved a depth of flavor by adjusting the aging period.
