About the Brewery
Hakodate Wine was established in 1973 as "Komagatake Sake Brewery" and aims to produce "Japanese wine" that suits the tastes of Japanese people. Although it is a casual restaurant, we are committed to authentic wine making and offer wines made with grapes and fruits from Hokkaido. In particular, its quality has been highly praised, with the company winning the Gold Award and the Best Category Award multiple times at domestic wine competitions. In addition, we are the only company in Hokkaido to have introduced a quality control system based on ISO9001, pursuing both taste and quality.
