About the Brewery
In September 2021, “Tokachi Makiba no Ie Winery” was born in Kiyomi-no-oka, Tokachi, Hokkaido. As the fourth winery in Tokachi, we are engaged in integrated winemaking from cultivation to brewing, focusing on Yamasachi, Kiyomi, Kiyomai, Niagara, and New Niagara, and are working to produce flavorful wines. .
The winery's brewing is supported by Enolog's Tsukasa Nakabayashi and Akihiko Naito, former director of the Ikeda Town Grape and Wine Research Institute, who have been involved in local winemaking for many years. Utilizing their extensive experience and knowledge, they use grapes from Hokkaido to create unique wines that bring out the individuality of the grapes to the fullest.
Tokachi Makibanoie Winery's wine is made from grapes grown in Ikeda Town, Hokkaido, and is made from grapes that are carefully grown one by one in the bitterly cold climate, and is characterized by its rich flavor and quality.
