About the Brewery
``Shinga Wine'' began cultivating grapes in 2011, and over the five years since the first harvest in 2014, we have grown through contract brewing and training with the cooperation of 10R Winery. In September 2019, we finally established our own winery and made our first winery. We would like to express our gratitude to our customers and collaborators who have supported us thus far, and we are determined to continue striving to improve quality. Moriwa Wine plans to continue to make even more efforts in the future.
