"Sapporo Wine" is a wine made from 100% locally harvested grapes that take advantage of the climate of Sapporo and its neighboring city, Ishikari City. Based on the founder's desire to provide high-quality wine on a regular basis, he has four vineyards in Sapporo and Ishikari.Ishikari, which is characterized by sandy soil, has strong sea breezes and is prone to grape diseases. We have a less ideal environment. They grow a wide variety of grapes, including European and Eastern European varieties, and are known for their delicate and rich flavors.
The brewery is located in Teine Ward, Sapporo City, and is close to the farm, allowing for quick brewing. We also have a direct sales store, and as a ``town winery'' where locals can easily enjoy wine, we aim to spread the appeal of wine along with the local food culture, and make wine a part of our everyday culture.
