About the Brewery
Ishizuchi Sake Brewery values the philosophy of hand-made sake, and is particular about delicate handcrafting that would be difficult with large-scale brewing. With the goal of ``brewing sake that comes alive with food,'' we focus on Junmai Sake and Junmai Ginjo Sake, and aim to create sake that becomes even more delicious after the third glass. Kurauchi's slogan is ``Made for customers who love Ishizuchi.'' This belief and passion is evident in every cup we serve.
